I have a great partnership with my husband, Jeromie Molina, who runs our construction company, Molina Builders, Inc. offering custom homes and residential remodel in the Iowa City/Coralville and surrounding areas since 1998. I am an award winning Realtor and past President of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors. My established relationships with my fellow Realtors are an asset to my clients as we go through the negotiation process. Communication and strategic planning are strengths of mine and allow me to keep my clients at the center of every transaction. I obtained my green designation so I could provide my buyer and seller clients with resources to improve the resale value of their homes and to make their homes more comfortable and energy efficient. All homes can become high performing homes and healthier for the people that live in them. I also make my clients aware of tax credits and rebates that can make these improvements more affordable. A lot of my clients are relocating to the Iowa City area from other parts of the country. Moving is stressful and moving long distances can be trickier. I love to help my clients coordinate all the details and connect them to the services they need to make the process seamless. Fun fact - at the final walk-through these buyers were so excited to see an old rotary phone installed in the basement and it was still connected to service (we made a call)!
