A very interesting read.
Advice for future mobile home park investors include.
Have sewer lines been camera-inspected?
Does the electrical capacity support modern loads? Are water leaks documented or suspected? Have water lines been pressure tested?
Perhaps needs to do some reading. We all know that they haven't done any of this.

Success as an investor in this space often has much more to do with ex*****on and grounded underwriting than clever financing.

This already happened at Lake Ridge, not sure any towing happened though FYI: Modern Manor and Sunrise Village management has put tow warnings on vehicles. Notices went out yesterday and today with 24-hours to move or be towed.

A long awaited meeting between two members of the Johnson County Board of Supervisors and representatives of Havenpark Communities, a Utah based mobile home park owner, took place Tuesday afternoon in Iowa City.

More exscuses from Havenpark about the poor water quality.
Twice a year, the prior owners, gave residents the results of water, quality tests.
Havenpark never gave us any info until RUJC had our water tested. The results were aweful and DNR told them they need to test it and maintain it, etc.
