Both Paul's Discount and JoAnn Fabrics are going to get new exteriors and new tenants. We wanted to share some images of the concepts as we begin renovations.
The Southwest side of Iowa City is going through some big changes. Right across the street from JoAnn's, a new drive-thru Starbucks is being built. Across from Paul's will be a totally reconstructed Pizza Ranch with an arcade.
The old Godfather's will re-open as a new local restaurant this Fall. Some portions of JoAnn's and Paul's have been leased to future tenants prior to construction, but both projects still have room for additional new businesses. The SW side has two major highways, and is convenient for the rest of the county. What new businesses do you think would contribute to the community?
