The reality of buying a home in today’s Cedar Rapids market… 😅🏡 A new listing hits → drop EVERYTHING → jump in the car → cross state lines → drive 3 HOURS → approximately 7–8 showings → a couple “we didn’t even make it there in time” moments → competing offers → rinse and repeat. 😂 After nearly two months of searching, staying ready, moving FAST, and doing everything they could to compete when the right one came along… Austin & Hope FOUND THE ONE! 🙌🏡 Minnesota, you’re officially losing some good ones… but Cedar Rapids, we’re gaining two! 😉 Iowa, help me give a BIG warm welcome to our future homeowners, Austin & Hope! 🔑🎉🏡
