Closing Day is always a special day for many reasons but this one is extra special because my besties bought their first home!!!!!!!

For the past 26 years this girl has been there with me through all of the phases of life- from awkward 6th graders to now grown “adults”. I’ve been lucky to be right there with her for all of the big milestones and this one is no different - although I don’t know I ever saw this one coming 🤣🤣 This home was meant for them! It’s perfect!

CONGRATULATIONS my friends!!! I feel like a proud Mom! I made myself a key so I’ll see you soon 😉

Since last Thursday it’s been an action packed!!!! I’ve seen 2 past clients just for a hang out, showed 31 houses, got a crack in my orbital floor thanks to a full stainless steel water bottle, enjoyed a pretty sunset after a storm, tore down a deck with a VA buyer to help with some of the labor costs, and helped a past client handle some issues at their home and meet with a contractor. Real estate is fun, exciting and sometimes just EXHAUSTING!!!

One of the best compliments you can give a real estate agent is a referral. But second best, is inviting them over MONTHS after you close! My fellow realtor, Holly, referred me this buyer last year and I was able to help him on a very short timeline to get to the closing table. Now we got to see his house done and lived in! I love these moments in real estate!
