My buyers were able to snag this cutie before it even hit the market! We’ve been looking at homes the past 2 months- we put an offer on one and lost it to a cash deal 🙄, finding a lot of duds out there and luckily my buyer is in a group with the seller so we were able to look before it officially went on the market! I’m super happy for this sweet couple!

We got to sneak peak a listing because my client knows the seller. When I found out who the listing agent was going to be I immediately popped back with “Oh my gosh….Tori?! I love her”.

I told the seller I was going to call her agent and say I trashed the house…..so the seller helped me come up with a plan to mess with the listing agent. So the cat it was.

In full disclosure- the cat did not get let out. We were all sitting in the kitchen cracking up. Thank you for being such a great sport Tori Eakes! I just hate she didn’t believe me from the beginning lol

🥳It’s Closing Dayyyyyy🥳

About a month ago my sweet friend, Michelle, sent me this family that was renting and ready to buy their home in Chapin. After talking to the wife for just a little bit I got an idea of what they wanted, and needed in a home. Pretty simple request! Found it in the first, and only, house we went to haha! Now they have a cute home, huge backyard and in a neighborhood with a pool just in time to enjoy during the summer! And on the plus side- got to see one of my favorite attorneys today 😀

Yes this is old news…. But I’m still celebrating! It hasn’t been quite a month yet since I moved over but the switch has already been a great decision for me and my family! Let’s be real- the brokerage name doesn’t make the agent good or bad. The love, support and the people are what gives the agent the ability to get through the tough times.
