And that’s a wrap on this school year!!! They all maintained amazing grades, learned some new sports, made some amazing friends - and lost some too, and continue to grow into the amazing young ladies they are becoming. Next year we will have a 12th grader, 6th grader and 5th grader - but for now we will work to have some fun!

2 Under Contract Last Week!!!

My listing was on the market for less than 48 hours and received multiple offers 🔥 Having the home be ready for the market and pricing it right sure did pay off!!!!

I got my buyer under contract after looking at 1 house! The family was referred to me by a friend - I did my normal questionnaire like what are must haves and must not have and I found this cutie and we locked it in!
