Grateful for the kind review! These clients were out of state who needed help selling an investment property. The home needed some TLC, so we helped gather numbers for them so they could determine whether they'd fix it up to sell high, or sell low at an investor special. They decided to sell low and as is, and sold at full price (despite some agents telling us we were priced too high)!

Fun story. We met this couple came at an open house and they decided to use us as their agents. As we got to know them we learned not only are they Gamecocks but also Vikings and Spurs fans (like Hart)! So of course we gave them the purple canon in honor of the Vikings!

This was a first for us because while we've picked up buyers from open houses before, those buyers went on to buy other properties. This sweet couple, however, came to the open house and ended up buying the house!

We are thankful for Memorial Day. One, because we are grateful for the American troops who have sacrificed their lives to secure the rights and freedoms we enjoy. And second, and more importantly, because it reminds us of the gospel. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. And He has secured eternal life for those who confess with their mouths and believe in their hearts He is the risen Lord and Savior.
