Orange County Real Estate — May Update

The market is shifting… but not in the way people think.

We’re not seeing a crash. We’re seeing a return to strategy.

Inventory is starting to open up, giving buyers more options—but not enough to flood the market. At the same time, pricing is still holding, just without the aggressive spikes we’ve gotten used to over the past few years.
