🔥Now both State and Local Level High and Very High Fire Severity Zones must be disclosed.

🔥The new Home Hardening and Defensible Law does not appear on the NHD Signature Page.

🔥All Sellers of property in High and Very High Fire Severity Zones have additional property information to disclose regarding property improvements, fire safety and defensible space.

🔥There is a new CAR Form for this purpose; Home Fire Hardening Disclosure and Advisory (CAR Form HHDA)
