Area Rugs - Rugs are an easy way to add a sense of warmth and comfort into any room. They are an investment, but with proper care they can last for years! If you have small kiddos or pets, check out Ruggable for rugs you can throw in the washing machine! (I'm not kidding!!)

A Stylish Bar Cart - Impress your guests with a fully stocked bar cart! It’s perfect for entertaining and adds a level of practical sophistication to your home. I also love how you can decorate them for every season by changing out a small vase of seasonal florals, adding a scented candle and other small accessories!

Coffee Table - The coffee table is where the conversation happens! Your first home should have a stylish coffee table that makes a statement. What was the first thing you bought when you moved into your new home?

What happens during a new buyer consult? I get this question a lot. And although not one consult is the same as the other. The core of the meeting is the same.

WHERE TO START! The majority of my clients are at this point. Not knowing what to do first and that single fear is what stops them from doing anything. So we break it down with this simple first step which is reaching out to a lender. I will go over all of the documents that a lender is going to request so there are no surprises.

At this point I typically calm your fears about lenders. Most people are so afraid to reach out and then they are beyond surprised at how easy and painless it actually is once they do it.

Also, no one is perfect. There is always debt, credit score concerns, self employment hurdles etc. But they are all fairly simple things to resolve in order to get you on the path to homeownership.

From there we go through your wants and needs in a home. Discuss the home buying process from start to finish. That way, when you have your pre-approval in hand we can get straight to the fun stuff.... HOUSE HUNTING! And once you get an accepted offer you already know exactly what to expect throughout the process and are ready to handle whatever comes your way.

For some clients this process takes 6+ months from start to finish, for others we are done in 45 days with keys in hand. Whichever category you fit in, I am here to help you move as fast or as slow as you need. I understand what a big deal buying a home is and I will never rush you through the process.

What are Mello Roos? Mello Roos is a tax found on your property tax bill, this tax is brought on by the local government to help pay for the cost of building a new community. It’s typically a 20-40 year bond. This bond pays for SCHOOLS, parks, pools, sidewalks, sewer, etc. Essentially all the things needed to form a new community outside of the homes.

Although a pain having an additional tax, it’s well worth it for the beautiful new community you will have.
