Buyers are provided with the 20% down payment at NO INTEREST. All the buyer has to do is pay back the loan once they sell their home along with 20% of any equity gained! Sounds pretty fair to me! The best part? The interest rate for the main loan is just 6.375%!!! Lower than the nationwide average for a conventional loan!
