You may think saved few hundreds not really big deal. Above is exp, if you lower your monthly payment by $300 on 500k loan amount & put it back to principle. Your life of loan will go down to 23years & 10 months. Saved you 131k from interest. The small amount over the life of the loan can make a big different. business owners, your 1099, schedule c income way too low? curious if you still qualify for purchase property? there are several other way you may qualify that you dont know. Refi:
Just done another for client. We did cover all brokers fees, lender, title, escrow, settlement fee for borrower. Saved borrwers $327.54/month. If it not cost you anything beside things you have to pay anyway if due like: property tax, home ins, mortgage interest. Why not give it a shoot & find out!
