Just done another for client. We did cover all brokers fees, lender, title, escrow, settlement fee for borrower. Saved borrwers $327.54/month. If it not cost you anything beside things you have to pay anyway if due like: property tax, home ins, mortgage interest. Why not give it a shoot & find out!
