Hi folks, this is Paul Luque with RPM Realty Group. Just wanted to drop in regarding how the housing market is currently at. I myself believe it’s still a great time to sell and buy. Are rates now around the 5% mark, yes however still historically low. If I were considering either I would jumó at the opportunity.

As a seller I know I would most likely receive a great return on the sell of my home.
