’ll never forget where I was 25 years ago today. My mom came running in and told me to turn on the news. We sat there in disbelief, watching events unfold that would forever change our country.
At the time, I worked for a TV show here with headquarters in New York. The continuous live coverage coming into our newsroom was devastating to witness.
Today, we remember the victims, honor the heroes, and thank those who selflessly put themselves in danger to rescue others, as well as those who courageously chose to fight back aboard Flight 93 to help prevent further tragedy.
