Our favorite transformation in this home has to be the floors. When we bought this home, the floors looked exactly like this- like a project was started and then they stopped. We knew these floors could make the home, and we are so happy with the final result!

How did we turn this house into this house?

When we bought this home, it was not in bad shape by any means. The home was completely livable, just dated and the layout was not as open and flowy as we liked. We knew we could redo this home and make it a home future families will love for generations.

Not every flip we do is a complete tear down- some just need to expand to their full potential.
