Three more homes in escrow! Just opened escrow on a new home for a young couple who moved from Texas with their family. Love referrals, and this couple was referred by the son and daughter-in-law of a couple I have represented in multiple transactions.

Also in escrow on a home in Santa Ana, with the growing family purchasing in Fountain Valley. We helped the husband buy their condo; with a growing family, they needed more space and called us to find them their next home plus sell their current home.

Recent sales, listings and leases have included representing buyers of a custom 10,000+ sq. ft. home in the luxury enclave of Shady Canyon, Irvine featuring 5 bedrooms, a home theatre, large wine storage, 2 full kitchens, elevator and more! Very happy for our buyers of a gorgeous luxury home in Newport Coast, the buyers of a investment property (duplex) in Corona Del Mar with tons of potential, and our buyers of a great home in Corona on a 13,000+ sq. ft. lot with a private pool and room to create an entertainers backyard!

Housing market still strong; inventory at virtually historic lows, as are interest rates. However, homeowners are now pulling money out of their homes more quickly than in the past few years as consumer debt topped $1 trillion. Will make for a very interesting 2018!

We now have preliminary floor plans, some exterior photos, and basic size and number of beds and bath for the Toll Brothers Alta Vista & Bella Vista luxury home development in Orchard Hills. Some great-looking plans, there will be a total of 223 homes built, with the homes located in ‘The Groves’ area of Orchard Hills. Note these plans are preliminary and are subject to change – but based on the Toll Bothers Hidden Canyon development, I expect the homes to be quite grand, especially since Toll will be competing with the Trevi model homes from The New Home Company.
