Over the past several weeks, our team has been working on the expansion of an existing Valvoline Instant Oil Change location, transforming what was once an unused car wash tunnel into expanded service capacity for the community.

This project involves complex structural work and excavation within an occupied building, sequencing, and coordination between the design team, trade partners, and field crews to safely execute the work while maintaining the integrity of the existing structure.
