SOLD! The Buyer told OC Industrial Group that it was important to acquire a property prior to year end and wanted to make an offer on this property at 1963 Main St. in Orange. When we inquired with the listing agent we were told that there were 7 offers on the property. Having had experience in competitive multiple offer situations we were able to position the buyer to "win" the highest bid scenario without "over paying" for the property! After the close of escrow we were told that our final offer was not the highest priced offer. SOLD! 3562 Howard, Los Alamitos. The seller initially spoke with us about the possibility of retiring and was considering "cashing out" of his property. We sold the property to a local private investor and the seller was able to remain as a tenant in the building while he further explores retirement. Kevin Thomas represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.
