4.75 star review received on Experience.com for Jason Kim by Michael O - As a self-employeed person with a family, loans can many times be streessful due to all of the procedures that need to be met on the books. Jason was a very reliable point of contant for the loan process, and absolutely helped me figure better ways to aproach this prossess in a fast and easy way. He was able to aswer all of my questons and concerns via text and email, usually withing minutes, which is not always the case with traditional lending agents from big banks. Every time I had a new concern, he was always available, and when he couldnt be, he was fast in informing me when he could help. To put it simple, Jason made me realise that getting a HELOC or any loan for that matter doesn't have to be stressfull with too much back and forth compared to traditional banks that are still not used to individuals like me with multile sources of income that come primarily from online sources. Traditional banks are more archaic in their aproah and may even require you to show up in person. I'm impressed with Jason and West Capital lending overall for making this a pelasent and stress-free expericene for me. I 100% would recomend Jason Kim to any friend of famility member interested in a HELOC.
