It seems like everyone is trying to predict what's coming next for the housing market these days but one thing is consistent...if you're waiting for it to crash soon you might be out of luck. Fortune Magazine analyzed housing market by county and found that most all of Southern California is going to continue to rise through 2022. By the end of 2022, Realtor.com predicts U.S. home values will climb 2.9%. However, the site says some markets like Boise could see triple that rate.

Prices and inventory in southern California dropped in September...except in Riverside County where prices continue to increase and inventory continues to decrees.
