Greg started his real estate career in 1983 when interest rates were 18%. Several people told him “don’t get into real estate now, it’s a recession.” He didn’t listen to them, he applied his personal and business skills with his passion to be the best in the business, and succeed he did. In time he ranked in the top 3% of his company of more than 2,300 sales people as a “top sales associate.”
He also devoted much of his time giving back to his community by training agents time management, accountability, speech and listening skills, and goal setting. He grew up in Huntington Beach, CA and eventually moved to Irvine, CA to sell the dream of the finest planned community in America.
