Today we said goodbye to a very special member of The Groves family—our wonderful, hardworking Maintenance Man, Joe! ❤️

For 13 years, Joe has been a familiar face and a true staple of our community. He has worked tirelessly to keep The Groves running smoothly and has always been willing to lend a helping hand.

Those of us in the real estate office especially appreciated Joe. Whether he was helping us change out gas meters, taking care of miscellaneous items that came up on homes we were selling, or simply helping us figure out how to get something done, we knew we could count on him.

But Joe’s contribution went far beyond the work itself. After 13 years, he became part of what makes The Groves such a special community.

It was a HOT day to hand out our monthly postcards to the community at The Groves. As you can see I didn’t get too far. However, the postcard lets everyone know of another escrow that just closed where we represented the Sellers and the Buyers. It was a perfect match!! Both of our clients are very happy😊
