The weather is basically perfect year-round…
like does it ever not feel like 75° and sunny? ☀️

Way too many good places to eat…
it’s actually a problem trying to decide.

There’s always something to do…
events, parks, spots to explore — it never ends.

Everything is so clean and well-maintained…
kind of hard to complain about anything.

And don’t get me started on all the parks and trails…
almost forces you to go outside.
