It was an honor and a privilege to work with this lovely family in their search for their first home! We looked at properties every weekend, made offers on several, but we were beat by cash offers repeatedly! The stars lined up when I found this historic home right in my downtown Anaheim neighborhood! My clients are now my neighbors! They will be getting their Mills Act later this year!
