There are currently 286 homes on the market in Flower Mound, with 6 of those listed as coming soon.

💰 35 are priced under $500,000
🔑 181 are priced under $1 million
🏗️ 27 are new construction homes
🥂 24 are listed above $2.5 million

The most expensive home is listed at $10 million. It’s over in Chateau du Lac and is more than 14,000 square feet. The least expensive is listed at $300,000 over in Roanoke Hills. A $9.7 million difference is pretty crazy. 😅
