Over the past six years and 35+ funds, Turbine Capital has invested across a wide range of alternative asset classes. This quarter, weâre excited to add senior housing to that list.
The timing reflects a powerful demographic shift now underway. The oldest baby boomers are turning 80, the age when demand for senior living communities begins to accelerate. At the same time, new development across the sector has slowed significantly since covid, creating a growing imbalance between demand and available supply.
Against that backdrop, weâre excited to share our newest opportunity: Fellowship Wildlight.
Fellowship Wildlight is a 205-unit Class A senior living development located within the Wildlight master-planned community just north of Jacksonville, Florida. The project is fully entitled, permitted, and shovel-ready, positioned within one of the fastest growing regions in the state.
Weâre proud to partner with fourth-generation senior living operator, Fellowship Family and BLDG Real Estate, two highly experienced organizations that have already committed significant capital and development work to the project.
We look forward to working alongside these teams to bring this community to life and to sharing this opportunity with our investor community.
