LPA was honored to participate in a great event in El Paso last Thursday, hosted by Hunt Companies, Inc at their beautiful office space in WestStar Tower.

Thank you to the Urban Land Institute of El Paso Young Leaders Group and the UTEP Real Estate Club for inviting our team to speak about the day-to-day work of a commercial real estate appraiser.

We had the opportunity to discuss the three approaches to value, memorable site inspection stories, the importance of collaboration, career growth in the appraisal profession, and how LPA is using technology to stay at the forefront of market data, quality, and compliance.

We also appreciated the chance to connect with El Paso real estate leaders, young professionals, and students preparing to enter the industry. It was a great evening of conversation, learning, and relationship-building, and we were proud to have McKenna Johnson and Robert Caro representing our El Paso office, joined by Ashley Travis, HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, and Brent Elliott, MAI, AI-GRS, Executive Vice President.
