Below freezing temperatures expected tonight, February 4th.

It’s imperative that each condo allow faucets to drip slowly. This will keep water circulating throughout the property. Be sure to open both the hot and cold. If your water has stopped flowing, report it as a maintenance request on TownSq.

Due to the icy roads, there will be no curbside trash pickup today.

Office Hours for Thursday, February 3rd

Quail Run office will be open tomorrow unless roadways become hazardous. If office is closed, office staff will work remotely. TownSq requests will be monitored.

After normal business hours - report all leaks and pipe breaks to the gate attendant. The gate attendant will contact maintenance. (972) 541-1550

If the gate attendant is unable to drive in due to weather or there is a power outage and you have a non-life threatening emergency, call Principal Management Group at (214) 368-4030. The auto attendant will prompt you to press 9 for emergencies. You will be forwarded to the answering service. Please leave all pertinent information and the Manager will be called.

Water Shut of Wednesday, February 2, 2022

Water Shut Off is scheduled for the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month. Please plan accordingly
9:00am to 12:30pm

Water for Cold and Hot will be Effecting all buildings:

Boiler # 5 will be off as well for emergency repairs.

Water will be off from 9:00am to 12:30pm. (unless unexpected issues occur)

Note - after water is back on; please allow time for water to circulate through buildings. This could take 30min to 1 hour.

Please open your tub handles (Hot and Cold), this will assist in removing air from the line and speed up water

Board Nomination by Petition

Owners may submit names of Candidates other than those nominated by the Board by petition to the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the election. Please refer to Article IV, Section 4.5 of the Bylaws for specific information and requirements related to nomination by petition.

Petitions must be submitted to the Association Office by 5:00 pm, Monday, February 14, 2022.
