Today was EVERYTHING! My heart is full, my mind is fueled, and so MANY genuine new connections made!

These are the moments I pray for when I ask God to place me in the right rooms and connect me with beautiful, loving, and authentic supportive women. I can’t fully express what transpired at the table today, but I encourage you all to join the next one! The testimonies, the grace, the grit, and the glory were felt by so many. Sometimes I feel unworthy to be called in such places, but despite my nerves and the urge to speak, God told me to listen, learn and understand why I too deserve a seat at the table with others. I have a story and it’s still being written!

I am moved and in awe of what & have been called to do in this season! They are bridging the gap between our older generation of sisters, who have paved many ways, and us, helping our sisters see life through different lenses. Thank you, God, for the anointing over my their lives and for bringing me into spaces I never thought I would be!

I want more and need more of this! I’m so excited to have connected with some truly inspiring women today! I’m incredibly thankful for my tribe—my girls & —for showing up today and supporting me. Words can’t express how much your tribe truly matters, especially in the most vulnerable moments. God has equipped me with everyone I need in this season, and I’m so thankful! 🥹

What an honor it is to be recognized my 4th year in a row for Best Agent in but more incredibly proud of these 2 VIBE ladies & receiving the award as well right along with me! You two have worked incredibly hard and deserve this honor so much!

None of this could ever be possible without the support and trust of my amazing clients, and friends! Thank you all for allowing me to guide you through one of the biggest processes you’ll ever make! It’s always an honor to be seen and appreciated amongst all the other hard working, and amazing realtors here in Dallas!

Today is a BIG Day! It’s 1-year anniversary!

Just a year ago, I was filled with doubt and fear about opening a brokerage. With no mentor, no other broker support, just me and a vision, I questioned if I could do it, especially as a single mom of two. After prayer and research, I decided to take that leap.

Now, we are one of the fastest-growing women-owned brokerages in DFW, with 100 agents and counting! The journey hasn’t been easy, but we persevered with faith and support.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned both professionally and personally is that not everyone stays, but those meant to be with you WILL!

My advice: just DO IT, and do it SCARED! You don’t need all the answers; trust the journey!

Thank y’all tremendously for the ones that see me, the inbox messages, the calls/text and for all the love and support this year and over the years! Many of you don’t know when I have questioned, “Why the hell I was doing this” - your messages in my inbox was right on time! That’s Gods funny way of reminding me to keep going, your equipped for this, and your were called for this!

So here’s to 1️⃣ year down and a lifetime to go! I SURVIVED my first year and We gone celebrate The Vibe tuh-day, my AMAZING leadership Team, and all the AMAZING agents that help make what it is today! ✊🏼🖤

Lately, I’ve been frequently asked about my brokerage. People often wonder, “Is there any drama?” My immediate reaction is to question why they’re asking. Is it because I’m a Black woman and they see other Black women around me, assuming there must be drama? Quite frankly, this assumption irritates me—drama exists everywhere! It’s in corporate America, on my daughter’s soccer team, and in any place with diverse personalities and backgrounds.

Don’t assume that because you see several Black women in my brokerage, there must be drama. We are a highly diversified firm with men & women, and even if we were all Black, it’s unfair to come at us with such assumptions. Are you asking Keller Williams, EXP or any other Brokerage firm if there’s drama? As a biracial woman, I advocate for all women of different races to change these perceptions. We will be an example of how women can work together, collaborate, support, and uplift each other.

Drama stems from individuals who create it with their negative energy and perceptions. I am committed to bridging this gap and fostering positive change. So, before you ask about , consider whether you’re contributing to the drama. Are you part of the problem, or are you willing to join and be part of the solution?

And it went like….

Ms.April texting me on April 17th at 5pm….her words- “I have a few questions about buying a home when ever you feel like talking!” Now yall all know I felt like talking Immediately 😅🤣 we go way back me and Ms April so…

I Spoke with her for 15mins….she thought she wasn’t ready and I told her she absolutely was ready… “She said oh by the way I already found my house too”! I got her over to the lender and she was ✔️APPROVED within 15mins by

But in an offer on the home she wanted after a couple of days of making sure that’s was the home…5k under asking…ACCEPTED offer ✔️

Fast forward ➡️ to today “CLOSING Day” at Starbucks along with going into her beautiful new home with 17k in equity! 🙌🏼🎊🎉 😎
