Born in Cielo Cepeda in Bogota, Colombia and given up for adoption to the FANA Orphanage in January 1977. Sara was adopted that same year and was brought to the United States at three months old to be raised in Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens. At the age of 36, she embarked on a journey to find her biological mother. She searched the internet and, with the help of a colleague, was able to locate her on Facebook but found that no one knew of Sara’s existence. Her biological mother had given birth as a teenager and was told Sara did not survive and had no idea Sara was alive which created confusion and aroused strong emotions for all. Sara eventually reunited with her family in Colombia. That reunion not only changed her life but gave her purpose. It inspired Sara to help others achieve their personal and professional goals. This is why she started Through the Eyes of a Rainbow Child Foundation and remains committed to life and wellness coaching.

They also use solar and wind power ☀️💨, collect rainwater, and offer educational programs, classes, and hands-on learning focused on sustainability and our environment. 📚🌎
And the location? 📍 Right on the Downtown Yonkers waterfront and just footsteps away from the Yonkers Metro-North station 🚆🌊 — making this such a cool and convenient local gem to discover!
I love getting out and exploring the places that make Yonkers and Westchester County so unique. ❤️

This one was especially meaningful to me. 💙 My client was already living at The Riverview Club, but his current apartment is being sold by the landlord. He loves living here and considers this building his home, so finding a way for him to stay right here at 1155 Warburton Ave was important to me. 🏡🌊
I was able to connect him with this off-market one-bedroom rental and represented him as the tenant throughout the transaction. 🔑✨

🍣 Sushi lovers, this one’s for you!
Being a Realtor means I’m always on the road, exploring different neighborhoods and discovering new places to eat along the way!
Today’s lunch stop brought me to Dai Sushi in Yonkers, and you know I had to order my favorites! 😋 Yellowtail with jalapeño, salmon sashimi, and edamame to start. My go-to sushi lunch!
