X-Caliber is seeking a full-time Transaction Manager to coordinate bridge and HUD-financed transactions from underwriting through closing. This role is the central hub for internal teams, borrowers, counsel, and vendors, ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and every deal stays on track.
What you’ll do:
→ Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple simultaneous loan closings
→ Coordinate across Underwriting, Legal, Closing, and Servicing teams
→ Oversee due diligence, third-party reports, and legal documentation
→ Lead weekly calls, track action items, and facilitate communication among all parties
→ Ensure seamless post-closing handoff to Servicing and Asset Management
What we’re looking for:
→ 3–5 years in commercial real estate finance, loan closing, or transaction coordination
→ Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
→ Ability to handle multiple complex deals under tight deadlines
→ Familiarity with bridge loans, HUD loans, and construction-to-perm financing
