Anyone who knows me knows that I have been through some difficult and devastating changes over the past year since losing my husband unexpectedly. Every day brings a new change, and I must do my best to embrace it. However, one thing that has not changed is my love for real estate. It is not my full-time job, but it is an important part of my life and has been for the last 5 years. This is especially true because my husband loved real estate and loved that I was an agent. He had big plans for us that we did not get to see through, so my goal is to make him proud by staying in this real estate game.

I recently joined the Laboonsmith Team out of Coldwell Banker Realty, and I am excited to do my next deal with my new team. I am excited to connect with friends, family, and neighbors about their real estate wants and needs. I am even more excited to connect with NEW people in our area.

June and July were crazy months for real estate. Worked with one AMAZING client who closed on her dream home after 3 months of searching. It was a tough one, but we worked as a team and got it done. Thank you again Kenaniah Stikkel for getting the job done!

I closed on my listing in Manor 4 weeks later. We listed, got an offer, and closed in 8 weeks!
