His journey eventually led him to purchase Persichetti’s Restaurant and Bar, where he continues to stay involved in the community. Joel took a different path through marketing and digital media before transitioning into real estate, eventually teaming up with Dan after an open house brought them together. What started as casually referring clients and covering for one another grew into a full partnership in 2021, with Dan bringing his love of systems and numbers while Joel adds a steady, easygoing balance. Together, they’ve built a referral-driven business focused on making clients feel comfortable rather than pressured, while maintaining a close-knit team culture. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys traveling and exploring restaurants with his husband, James, while Joel and his wife, Pam, enjoy family time, their church community, hiking, and adventurous travels.
