Dan Howell - Real Estate Agent & Joel Peretic of Coldwell Realty have built a successful real estate partnership by combining two very different personalities, backgrounds, and approaches to create a team rooted in trust, friendship, and genuine client relationships. Dan’s strong work ethic began at a young age and carried through years of management in Pittsburgh’s food and beverage industry before real estate became his true passion. His journey eventually led him to purchase Persichetti’s Restaurant and Bar, where he continues to stay involved in the community. Joel took a different path through marketing and digital media before transitioning into real estate, eventually teaming up with Dan after an open house brought them together. What started as casually referring clients and covering for one another grew into a full partnership in 2021, with Dan bringing his love of systems and numbers while Joel adds a steady, easygoing balance. Together, they’ve built a referral-driven business focused on making clients feel comfortable rather than pressured, while maintaining a close-knit team culture. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys traveling and exploring restaurants with his husband, James, while Joel and his wife, Pam, enjoy family time, their church community, hiking, and adventurous travels.

WE MADE THE COVER! It was such an honor to be recognized as one of Pittsburgh Area's Top Producers in Real Estate. Thanks to all of our friends, referral partners, and clients, we are having the best year in the history of our business as we are well over exceeding all of our previous goals!
