Happy September everybody!!!

We wanted to post to reach out to the community to let you all know that PHELPS SQUARE APARTMENTS is 100% occupied!

We do not currently have any apartments available for move in.

We are still available to provide rental applications as we are always accepting new apps for the waitlist. When we have units coming available, we will reach out to the waitlist before processing new applications 🙂

Our sister site JASPERLITE SENIOR HOUSING has one apartment available for a household 55 years or older!! Income & age requirements must be met in order to qualify.

The available unit is a spacious 2 bedroom 1,050 sq ft apartment, and has never been lived in!

Hello all!! We have ads online stating that we have units available, however, we just filled our last open unit. We are currently at 100% occupancy here at Phelps Square Apartments.

Hello everyone! I have a few updates to share!

We will be having a 2 bedroom PBV (project based voucher) apartment available in the near future. The PBV program is specifically set aside to house families who are veterans, require special needs, are homeless/chronically homeless, or those who are victims of domestic violence/abuse. If you think you may qualify for this program, please contact us to get an application AND ALSO contact Greg Johnson at Community Action to let him know you think you may qualify and would like to do the assessment to be placed on the waitlist!
