A graduate of Nova Southeastern with a Master’s Degree in Administration, Nancy worked at a law firm for over eleven years before making a career move into real estate. Being of posit

ive nature, Nancy is enthusiastic about everything she does. A true people person, she is highly involved in her community and is an engaged member of the Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon and Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, as well as, actively participating in many fundraising events for local charities including Fishermans
Hospital, Mariners Hospital and Baptist Health of South Florida to name a few. She is also a board member of the Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation which is helping residents who were hit hard after Hurricane Irma. Nancy is married to Jay Hershoff, a prominent local attorney in Tavernier. Together they enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren, fishing, boating, and getting together with friends.
