Inexpensive bedroom rehab. Amish hemlock, kiln dried pine trim and some OSB. Stain and paint to come will surely make it look much better!

Cozy fire in the woodstove. New chimney, nice and safe…except for my floor protection in front…better base and mantle area coming!! Works for now!!

All except back of house has new windows, doors, siding and trim! The back side is in need of most repairs and will be starting that work in the spring. For the remainder of the fall, metal trim around windows and doors will be done and also sealant and rain guards installed over all windows and doors! Inside work will be done over the winter and siding will be stained next spring!
