I was born and raised in a suburb south of Boston and grew up loving the Sox, the Pats, and clam chowda! I met my husband at Bryant College in Rhode Island where we spent our first 10 years together on Long Island buying our first home and raising our 2 beautiful (and sometimes sassy!) little girls. I can truly say I love it here. Though I'm relatively new to the business, it was through my experi

Monday Morning Market Minute! Inventory levels are still dropping. Summerville inventory is always a bit higher due to the large amount of new construction in that area. For reference, there are 574 single family homes for sale in Summerville today and 293 are new construction. So 51% of the inventory is new construction. In Mt. Pleasant new construction currently accounts for only 26% of the market.
