Just Closed on this adorable home on Johns Island! These buyers are some of my most loyal and dearest clients that have bought and sold 6 properties over the years with me. This one was extra special as they moved out of the area for work a few years ago and their daughter (who still lives here) is expecting their 2nd grandchild. Such a perfect reason to buy a 2nd home just a few doors down from her! 🩷
My favorite part of this career is the relationships and friendships I’ve made along the way and I’m so grateful and blessed for clients like these! (And we might have a future 32 South model 😉)

Excited for my clients closing on their first home this week! 🏡 This one was very unique and not easy, but I’m so glad it worked out! Thanks to Bill Payne at First Home mortgage for helping them get a great rate and 100% USDA financing. Thank you to my past clients Rich Corvalan and Deb for trusting me to help their son and daughter in law through their first home purchase!
