Another Long Island Story. First, I’d like to thank my clients Mariela for allowing me to help her sell her home, the beautiful home she raised her children in. What a smooth and quick process! I met Mariela through an agent friend of mine who works in FL. When I connected with Mariela we instantly clicked. She reminded me of my wonderful grandmother, happy, warm and inviting. When she first invited me to come evaluate the house I remember her having her eye on a specific dollar amount in order for it to make sense to sell. She already had a condo in FL that she would be moving to but eh expenses of not being in NY during the winter were raking a toll on her. When I looked at the market, I saw we could potentially get her what she needed, and im proud to say we did! Now she’s finally in FL soaking up all the sun ☀️ (man, im jealous!).
