Some clients become friends along the way, and this one is especially close to my heart. ❤️

We had been discussing and planning for many years, so I knew how hard the decision was to let go of this condo. It was such a special place, with incredible Space Needle views and so many memories attached to it. But sometimes you just know it’s time for something different.

After a lot of thought, she made the decision to take that next step for herself and Hannah. 🐾❤️

The condo quickly attracted interest because there really isn’t anything quite like it. We found the perfect buyer and were quickly at the closing table.

I’m so grateful she trusted me not only as her broker, but as her friend, through such a meaningful transition. I couldn’t be happier for her. ❤️

Not long ago, we were having conversations about life after divorce and all the uncertainty that comes with it. Buying a home didn't even seem like a realistic possibility.

Fast forward to today... she and her son have the keys to a place they get to call home in the neighborhood she had hoped for. It wasn't the easiest journey, and there were definitely a few bumps along the way, but somehow everything came together exactly when it was supposed to.

I'm just so incredibly happy for her. Watching someone go from wondering, "What am I going to do?" to feeling excited about what's ahead is pretty special.
