The exhibit brought together the beauty of the natural world, scientific discovery, and incredible artistic detail. Everyone had the opportunity to admire the unique displays, discover fascinating connections between art and nature, and enjoy a wonderful day exploring Seattle together!

During our most recent presentation, resident Stan shared stories from his career as a pilot, giving friends and neighbors a firsthand look at his experiences in the aviation world. October 10 marks World Mental Health Day, a time to recognize the importance of mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind ourselves that emotional well-being is just as important as physical health.

We often move through our days balancing responsibilities, supporting others, meeting expectations, and navigating challenges that may not always be visible. Behind every smile and interaction is a person with their own experiences, emotions, and struggles. Mental Health looks different for everyone. A simple check-in, a moment of patience, or a willingness to listen without judgment can make a meaningful difference in someone's day. Creating a culture of understanding begins with recognizing that we never truly know what another person may be going through. As we recognize World Mental Health Day, here are a few reminders worth carrying with us:

• You can be grateful for your life and still have difficult days.
• You can be strong and still need support.
• You can care deeply about others and still need to put yourself first sometimes.
• You never have to know exactly what someone is going through to show them kindness.

Today, take a moment to check in, not just with those around you, but with yourself as well. You never know how much a little understanding, kindness, or encouragement might mean to someone who needs it.

Fun at Issaquah Salmon Days! Our Revel van proudly joined the parade, while residents and team members joined in the celebration both inside and outside the van. It was wonderful to see so many members of our community waving, smiling, and representing Revel. Thank you to all of our residents and team members who participated and helped make this year’s Salmon Days such a memorable community experience!

Three years ago, Revel Eagle residents started their very own Rugby Club. What started as watch parties in The Social Club grew into travel opportunities, new friendships, and a spirited connection between the residents of Revel Eagle and the local Boise United Rugby Team.

Residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon exploring Parklane Gallery in Kirkland, the gallery of our very own Revel resident, Larey McDaniel. The group strolled through the exhibits, admired beautiful artwork from talented local and regional artists, and enjoyed the creative atmosphere. It was a lovely way to welcome the colors and inspiration of autumn while supporting one of our own talented residents!

Residents had a wonderful time celebrating National Hair Day while kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Lysnai in the Salon! From pops of pink, green and blue to plenty of smiles and conversation, it was a morning filled with fun and creativity.
