Housing Momentum Continues, Even Amid Uncertainty:
Despite global uncertainty and interest rates in the mid 6’s, the housing market continues to move forward as motivated buyers and sellers stay engaged. The number of new resale listings has slightly increased from this time last year, staying in line with seasonal trends. Yet, the rise in listings has been met with increased buyer energy as the Sales Activity IntensityTM increases year over year.
