Home Staging During the Pandemic...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Covid-19 has definitely shifted not just how we do business as real estate agents, but also how the consumer shops for homes. If you're thinking of listing your home, you have to make sure that your potential buyer feels comfortable. Heres a few tips on how to make your space safe and welcoming for those who are viewing it in person!

1. Highlight Cleanliness and Storage.
Level up your entryways and mudrooms with a fresh coat of white or cream paint, easy-to-clean surfaces, and spots for face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. Theres nothing wrong with going simple and clean.

2. Create an Outdoor Oasis
Soon were going to be moving into the spring season, this is a time when people are going to want the freedom to socialize ( 6 ft apart of course) and what better place than a patio or lawn retreat? Simple outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and twinkle lights are a great addition. Even a faux green wall can do wonders for the curb appeal of your home.

3. Make a Distinction Between Spaces
Considering many people are working and going to school from home, it's important to have a space where the whole family can live, work, learn, and play all under one roof. Have a defined space for a home office that's private and quiet, even a room or section that's dedicated to school work may be something that is very important.

I hope these tips have been a good reminder and have given you a few things to think about! If you're in the market to sell your home, give me a call!
