Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.
Must have basic cleaning skills and able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Daily Duties Include but are not limited to: Cleaning of common areas such as dusting, removing cobwebs, cleaning windows/doors as needed, sweeping/vacuuming and mopping stairwells and hallways. ETC.

Weekly Duties Include but are not limited to: Cleaning the office, dusting and removing cobwebs, cleaning windows and doors as needed, deep cleaning apartments between tenants, ETC.

Periodic/Seasonal Duties Include but are not limited to: Removing salt build up from stairwells and hallways, ECT.

Work Included but not limited to:
*Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms or other structures, including primers or sealers.
*Prepares, cleans, and tapes all job sites.
*Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
*Moves necessary materials around job site as assigned.
*Cleans up worksite debris.

Qualifications and Skills include:
*Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with coworkers.
*Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guide lines.
*Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.

*Repairing cracks and any other damage to the drywall panels.
*Concealing any imperfections or exposed irregularities in the drywall surface.
*Layering plaster or spackle with trowels to create a flat surface.
*Sanding down rough areas on the wall to create a smooth surface.
*Skimming the surface with a final layer of plaster in preparation for finishing work.
*Managing and maintaining all the required equipment for the job.
*Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.

Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED
*Valid driver's licence and your own vehicle.
*Must be on time and ready to work.
*Good knowledge of the tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling fan finishing.
*Good problem-solving skills.
*Physically fit and able to work longer hours.
