Alright Spencer & Van Etten… let’s talk about what’s REALLY happening in the market right now 👀🏡

Inventory is still LOW, with only 6 Homes currently available in the Spencer/ Van Etten area, and buyers are paying attention.

I'm also getting messages from agents asking:
📲 “Do you have anything coming up?”
📲 “Any new listings hitting soon?”
📲 “Anything with acreage?”
📲 “Anything move-in ready?”

That tells me one thing — BUYERS are still looking.

We're seeing properties ranging from land listings around $80,000 up to mid-$300,000s for homes, leaving room for a variety of buyers searching in our area.

The biggest mistake I’m seeing right now? Sellers waiting too long because they think the market is slowing down. The homes that are priced right and presented well are still getting attention.
