Every turnover week, before anything else happens, we sort through everything left behind — separating trash from recycling carefully so the City of Ithaca doesn't reject the pickup. It sounds like a small thing. It isn't. This is what being a good neighbor looks like. It's also just how we've always done things — taking care of the details so our tenants don't have to think about them. Two generations in. Still showing up for the small stuff.

Gorges, waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, and a community that has a way of getting under your skin. A lot of Cornell families arrive for graduation weekend and leave wondering how they can get more of this place.
