As an undergraduate, David studied and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University in Hotel Administration with a minor in Fine Art. Immediately after graduation, he held a series of progressive sales and management positions with Marriott International, Starwood Hotel Group, Cornell University, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Now at the pinnacle of his real estate career, he is pleased to be working as an Associate Broker with “The Best in the Business” at Warren Real Estate. David has spent the past five years working full-time in the real estate industry. The majority of his time is spent helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate through the process of a purchase or sale in addition to buying, selling, and leasing his own real estate portfolio. He chooses to invest in real estate locally to help better understand the experience his clients will undergo and to help meet his retirement goals. Real estate is David's passion and that is why he stays involved, ensuring he has some “skin in the game.”

So far in his life, David has had the opportunity to live and work on both coasts including locations in Tampa, Florida; San Diego, California; New York, New York. These moves resulted in several personal real estate transactions. He bought his first property when he was twenty four years old and has subsequently bought and sold eleven more times since then. Five of the most recent transactions took place here, in Ithaca. David understands from personal experience the logistics and emotions of buying and selling and the challenges that sometimes arise with relocation. He can help you meet your hopes and dreams for shelter, sanctuary, and smart investing by being a good listener and responding as an area expert, always drawing upon his personal real estate experience. David has a proven track record as a top performer for his clients. He combines passion for customer satisfaction, problem solving skills, market savvy negotiating and attention to detail to serve clients on a daily basis, consistently exceeding expectations. His time is also spent as a contributor and member of professional organizations including: The Ithaca Board of Realtors; The Tompkins County Landlord Association; Affiliate member of the National Association and the New York State Association of Realtors; Registered as a REALTOR ®; Registered as a NYS Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. He has been an active member of IBR Advertising and Public Relations Committee since 2008 and was honored to sit as Chair of the Ad/PR Committee in 2012. Throughout his term, they raised more money for charity than in the history of the organization! He is a GREEN designee through the National Association of Realtors and is a certified agent through Cornell University Relocation.
