Final walk-through yesterday. Closing day tomorrow!

Everything checked out, and my buyers are one step away from getting the keys to their new home.

We did catch that the lawn needed to be mowed, which is a great example of why final walk-throughs matter. It's the last chance to make sure everything is as agreed before closing day.

Proud to join some friends this year for Memorial Day with my sister and kids, We placed flags at local graves after she learned about its meaning in school. This was all her idea and I'm so proud she wanted to do this!
