Bethany Huey, AKA Ithaca's Real Estate Matchmaker
I'm honored to have been voted for the second year as the " Best Real Estate Agent" in the "Finger Lakes Favorites" contest. This year marks my ten years of business; I'm blessed with support from family, friends, Warren Real Estate, and, most importantly, my clients. I am also excited to share that I was elected for a second term as president of
the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Tompkins Cortland County; this is a fantastic organization near and dear to my heart. Habitat for Humanity is focused on helping local community members build strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership and building community by creating more affordable housing. My work with Habitat was acknowledged by the Ithaca Board of Realtors this year by honoring me with the "The Jane Schafrik Housing Opportunities Award" for my dedication to making a difference in our community. I am from Ithaca and feel a deep connection and love for my hometown, the surrounding areas, and the people who live there. Being a local to me means being committed to the health and growth of our local community through independent and local ownership. I am vested in our community, adore our neighborhoods, and love learning more about our community daily. My goal in real estate is to provide excellent knowledge-based service and satisfy your real estate needs; no question will ever go unanswered. I offer you unmatched familiarity with local market values and trends, property inventory, and all aspects of our community's quality of life. In addition, I afford you a more personal touch, fast decision-making, and real accountability. Outside of Real Estate:
I enjoy nature and everything about it! I feel blessed by the natural beauty of the finger lakes, and I take advantage of its geography often. I snowboard in the winter regularly at Greek Peak, and I hike, golf, and go boating as much as possible in the summer months. I also paint and sketch in my free time, frequently inspired by the local landscape and the people who live within it. I also just took up a new hobby in basket weaving; still learning but excited about this new skill. I love to be spontaneous and enjoy everything that life has to offer. I am often busy with work, but I live life to its fullest when I am not at work. I have a great group of friends and a strong family that I can count on, and I love my career as a REALTOR ®.
