Attention Licensed Contractors: Whitfield & Pickwick Properties LLC of Iuka Ms is Currently seeking a LICENSED RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR for total replacement of approximately 1,800 sqft of a residential roof this will include removal of the entire existing roof including rafters but leaving existing ceiling joist in most of house except for one room and will be replacing all rafters with new trusses ,3/4 decking & underpayment with a minimum 30 year architectural shingles . Also will be replacing all exterior trim, facia and sofits everything will be wood no vinyl. And On the inside one interior room will need new ceilings preferably to be sealed with 1x6 T&G pine or cedar. This is not an insurance Job and we will not pay in cash or front any money. And once job is completed it will be inspected by a licensed building inspector. This is for Only Licensed Contractors with a minimum of one million liability ,errors & omissions insurance. The Old Tishomingo County Courthouse was dubbed the “Marriage Capital of the South.” The land was acquired in 1857 and the courthouse was built in 1888. The building was used from 1889 to 1971.
