Wow! 97% discount, that's crazy. Manhattan office space has really taken it on the chin since Covid-19 and the new remote office environment.

In case you guys don't already know. I'm a big Mets fan and that's why I like to follow Steve Cohen. So besides being a life, long Met fan like Mr. Cohen. I also am an art collector & have traded art in the past.

Steve Cohen is a prominent American hedge fund manager known for his ownership of the New York Mets baseball team and as the founder of Point72 Asset Management. Additionally, he is recognized as an art collector, with a collection valued at approximately $1 billion.

Great news for Queens. I've been following this story for over 1 year now. So happy that 50 acres of asphalt thats leased to the NY Mets from NYC till 2105 will we transformed. Flushing Meadow Park & Worlds Fair Marina havent had any major inprovements in nearly 60 years since the Worlds Fair in 1964/65. This is so exciting and long overdue! I will continue to post any updates of this major development.
